Homesafe ‘Refer a Friend – thank you’ Program Terms and Conditions

Participants

The following three groups of participants are eligible to participate in this Program:
(a) Those who have entered into a Homesafe Contract (Referring Participants); and (b) Those who have had an in-home interview with a Homesafe Consultant in the last 24 months (Referring Participants); and (c) Prospective Homesafe Customers, who are a friend or family member of a Referring Participant (Referred Participants) and who have not previously entered into a contract with Homesafe.

Program Period

9.00AM AEST 1 August 2025 to 11.59PM AEST 30 June 2026.

How to Participate for Referring and Referred Participants

To participate in the Program, each Referring Participant, during the Program Period, must: (a) currently be in a contract with Homesafe; or (b) had an in-home interview with a Homesafe Consultant in the last 24 months.

Each Referred Participant, during the Program Period, must: (a) not be an employee (previous or current) of Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd; (b) must be a new customer to Homesafe and name the Referring Participant to the Homesafe Contact Centre at the time of their first enquiry (c) enter into a contract with Homesafe.

Receipt of ‘thank you’ reward is subject to the Referring Participant and the Referred Participant both fully complying with these terms and conditions, the ‘thank you’ reward will be applied to the Referred Participant’s Documentation Fees in the Homesafe contract; the Referring Participant’s ‘thank you’ reward will be posted within 30 days of the Referred Participant’s finalised contract.

Limitations on Incentives

There is no limitation on the number of times a Referring Participant may participate in this Program; however, each Referred Participant must be a new customer to Homesafe and finalise a contract with Homesafe within 12 months of their initial enquiry.

A Referring Participant who has had an in-home interview with a Homesafe Consultant in the last 24 months and has not yet finalised a contract cannot receive a discount on their fees if they go forward. The intention of the Refer a friend ‘thank you’ program is to engage with new customers.

A Referring Participant may only receive one ‘thank you’ reward per Referred Participant. If a Referred Participant or a Referring Participant consists of more than one person, then the ‘thank you’ reward is to be shared equally amongst those participants.

      PART A - INTRODUCTION

  1. Information on how to participate in the Refer a friend Program and ‘thank you’ reward forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. By participating in the Program, participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions include the Schedule above.

3. Participants must comply with all these terms and conditions to participate in the Program.

4. Where there is an inconsistency between the Schedule and Parts A to H of these terms and conditions, the Schedule prevails.

PART B - PRIVACY AND COLLECTION NOTICE

5. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd will collect and use each participant’s personal information for: (a) conducting the Program (which may include disclosure to third parties); (b) providing information to the participant about the product offered by Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd; and (c) research to improve its product.

6. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in clause 5.

7. Participants may access, change and/or update their personal information in accordance with Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd’s privacy policy https://www.homesafe.com.au/privacy-policy.

PART C - WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM

8. Directors and employees (and the immediate family of those Directors and employees) of Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd or its related companies or agencies and companies with existing arrangements with Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate. Immediate family means a spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, ex-de facto partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, legal guardian, sibling, or stepsibling.

9. The Program is not available in conjunction with any other Program, Promotion or offer by Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd.

PART D – HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM

10. To participate in the Program, each participant must comply with the relevant ‘How to Participate’ section of the Schedule.

11. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, address, or any other information of a participant to conduct the Program. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information in a timely manner that is reasonably requested by Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd.

12. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who has: (a) provided incomplete, indecipherable and/or offensive material as part of their participation in the Program, (b) breached any of these terms and conditions; and/or (c) contravened any applicable laws or regulations or otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

13. The eligibility of participants to receive a 'thank you’ reward is solely within the discretion of Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd.

14. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected communications and/or 'thank you’ rewards. The gift card ‘thank you’ reward should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

PART E - ‘THANK YOU’ REWARDS

18. All taxes (excluding GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a 'thank you’ reward are the sole responsibility of each participant.

PART F – RECEIVING THE THANK YOU REWARD

19. Each eligible participant during the Program Period will receive a ‘thank you’ reward.

20. The eligibility of participants to receive the ‘thank you’ reward is solely within the discretion of Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd.

21. It is the responsibility of each participant to comply with Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd’s instructions on how to receive their ‘thank you’ reward as outlined in the Receipt of ‘thank you’ reward section of the Schedule.

PART G - TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

22. Homesafe Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Program at any time without liability or further notice to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
